May I take this opportunity to thank ALL members of the AGB team that we have had dealings with for the outstanding service that you have delivered. From our very first contact with your receptionist/sales person which was most welcoming and extremely helpful, to your prompt and efficient administrative support with the quotation/ordering and invoicing, to the excellent measuring service and not least of all to the wonderfully skilled manufacturing and installation team(s),we have been treated to an absolutely faultless service. WOW!! If only all businesses could be as efficient, customer focused, friendly and helpful as AGB, Woolston. Whilst it seems a little unfair to pick out any individuals in what is obviously a powerful team effort we would still like to make a special mention of the three men who came to our home late on Wednesday afternoon to install the benchtops. What great ambassadors for the company!! So friendly, polite, considerate and caring about doing a good job with as little disruption to our home as possible. To describe their actions as the ultimate in professionalism hardly does justice to them.

Please ensure all the team are aware of our appreciation of the service they have provided us.

We would also be pleased if you would pass on our comments to the company director(s) so that they too can be aware of the quality of the company they head. I am sure she/he (they) are only too aware that good staff are the making of a good company. I am sure the director(s) will not mind us saying that when you have outstanding staff such as the Woolston branch has exhibited then you will inevitably have an outstanding company. Keep up the excellent standards you have shown here and hang on to those staff you have as they are worth every cent (and more) that they are paid.
